...Increased fire danger continues through late afternoon...

Very dry and breezy conditions can be expected through late this afternoon...with wind speeds of 10 to 20 mph...including wind gusts to 25 mph...and humidity minimums of 15 to 25 percent. These weather conditions...in combination with drying Forest fuels...will make for an increasing fire threat through late this afternoon.

Residents are urged to exercise caution handling any potential ignition source. Be sure to properly discard all smoking materials. Any dry grasses and tree litter that ignite will have the potential to spread quickly. Accidental escaped debris Burns are the number one cause of wildfires.
