I took it easy today, just did a few chores while Herself caught up on some shopping. Cloudy most of the day with a thunder and lightning storm passing through in late afternoon. The temperature at 7:15 p.m. is 65F (18.5C) with the sun breaking through just before it sets.

The title describes my day. After golfing three days in a row and a comittment for tomorrow, we took the day off. The temperature at our condo is 81F (27C), which is the same as the temperature back at Yoho--makes you wonder doesn't it.

Golfed today in mid-80's temperature. We had our annual Guys vs Gals tournament--the gals won. The temperature back at the Beach at 10:20 p.m. is 70F (21C).

We got driven off the golf course at the fourteenth hole by a thunder and lightning storm. The temperature at the golf course was in the mid-seventies and it was very humid. The storm appears to have by-passed the Beach area, at least for now. The temperature at 4:30 p.m. at the Beach is 66F (19C) with calm winds.

Sun trying to break through the overcast. Temperature at 1:10 p.m. is 69F (20.5C) with calm winds. Went to church this morning and enjoyed a restaurant breakfast with Ontario friends.

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all those have some Irish blood and those that wish they did. A beautiful day in these parts. We used the day to take a tour of the Wacamaw River near Conway, SC. Temperature was in the low 80's and lots of sun. The temperature back at the Beach at 5:45 is 70F with calm winds.

Potato Chip Day--Wednesday, March 14,2012
"Potato Chips", one of the favourite evening snacks around here. Lots of sun at the golf course today--our team won the weekly Snowbird Tournament (not that the winnings will make us very rich). We golfed in lots of sunshine and mid-eighties temperatures. Clear skies back at the Beach and at 6:00 p.m. the temperaure is 73F (23C) with calm winds.

Overcast for most of the day, but a pleasant temperature. We golfed in our weekly Snowbird Tournament in mid-seventies temperatures. Back at the Beach the temperature is 63F at 6:20 p.m.

Golfed today at a different course with some golfers from our home course. A bit chilly to start the day, but warmed up a bit during the round. Back at the Beach the temperature is 53F (12C) with clear skies and just a slight breeze.

Heavy rain at the Beach today. The temperature at 1:20 p.m. is 62F (16.5C) with calm winds. Doesn't appear to be the concern for the tornadoes that caused so much destruction to the west of us. Ladies are shopping and I am deep into a good book, so let it rain.
